Our story
I started in 2019, on my own, aged twenty, with one old van. Everything else was built one ride at a time.
There was no family agency and no investor — just early mornings, night pickups at the airport and every euro put back into a better vehicle. Today we drive guests across Croatia, Bosnia, Montenegro and Europe, and the measure has stayed the same: quality above all.

The story
One man, one van, 2019
Luxury Services Roberto is not a family agency. I started it alone in 2019, aged twenty, with one old van that broke down more often than I'd like to admit. I drove airport transfers, learned guests' names and remembered the small things — coffee or silence, window or air-conditioning.
Every euro earned went back into a better vehicle and a better service. Step by step, the van became a Mercedes-Benz fleet, and Dubrovnik gained a second base in Zagreb. The growth was slow, but never at the expense of quality — because quality is the only reason guests call again.

The road from 2019 to today
Alone, aged 20, with one van
In 2019, aged twenty, Roberto started out completely on his own — no partners, no family business behind him. One old, tired van, a lot of will, and one rule from day one: quality is the only thing people remember.
From transfers to tours
First full-day private tours — Kotor, Mostar, Ston and Pelješac become our everyday routes.
