Where do you meet me at the airport?

Your driver meets you in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name. We track your flight in real time, so a delay or early arrival is never a surprise.

How do I pay for the ride?

Accepted Answer

Payment is in cash (EUR) at the end of the ride or in advance by bank transfer. A tip is never expected.

Can the vehicle fit our group and luggage?

Accepted Answer

The Mercedes V-Class fits up to 7 passengers with 7 pieces of luggage plus 3 pieces of hand luggage, the Mercedes E-Class up to 2 passengers with a maximum of 3 suitcases. For larger groups we happily arrange multiple vehicles.

Yes, child and baby seats are available free of charge — just tell us the child's age when booking.

What if my flight is delayed or cancelled?

Accepted Answer

We monitor flights live and adjust pickup time free of charge. Cancelled flight — let us know and we move the transfer at no cost.

Can I book a tour over several days?

Accepted Answer

Of course. We happily arrange multi-day itineraries (e.g. Dubrovnik → Mostar → Split) with the same driver and vehicle.
