What data do we collect?
We only collect information needed to complete your reservation and provide the service:
- full name
- phone number / WhatsApp
- e-mail address
- date, time and ride/tour details
- number of passengers and luggage
- flight number (if applicable)
- notes and special requests
Purpose of collection
We use your data solely for the following purposes:
- confirming and organising the reservation
- communicating ride details
- sending reminders and travel confirmations
- improving service quality
- delivering the requested transport service
Legal basis
We process data based on performance of the transport contract, our legitimate business interests and, where required, your explicit consent (e.g. for analytics or marketing).
Who else can see the data?
We do not sell your data. It is shared only with parties necessary to deliver the service:
- licensed drivers carrying out the ride
- payment providers (Stripe, for online payments)
- e-mail and SMS notification providers (Resend, GatewayAPI)
- Google Analytics — only after you grant consent
How long do we keep data?
Reservation data is kept for up to one year after the service ends for accounting and legal obligations. Contact inquiries are kept for up to two years unless you request earlier deletion.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. Send requests to our e-mail address.
