How long the drive really takes
The standard run from the terminal to the Old Town entrance takes 25 to 35 minutes. In peak summer hours, when flight arrivals overlap with cruise traffic, the approach to Pile gate can add another 10–15 minutes.
That is why we dispatch on the actual landing time rather than the schedule: we track your flight number and shift the pickup if the flight is delayed.
Your transport options — and who they suit
There are three realistic options from the airport: the airport shuttle bus, a taxi from the rank, and a private transfer arranged in advance.
- Shuttle bus — cheapest, but runs on a flight-linked schedule and drops at the main bus station and Pile; with several suitcases or children it gets tiring.
- Taxi — available on arrival, but price and availability depend on the moment; on late-night arrivals the queue can be long.
- Private transfer — your chauffeur waits in arrivals with a name sign, and the price is fixed per vehicle and confirmed in writing before you travel.
Where the car can actually stop
The Old Town is a pedestrian zone. Vehicles do not drive inside the walls. The closest drop-off points are Pile (west entrance) and Ploče (east entrance), depending on where you are staying.
Tell us the exact address of your accommodation and the chauffeur picks the entrance with the fewest steps. We carry the luggage to the edge of the zone; from there it is on foot, and many streets are stepped.
Late flights, luggage and children
We cover night arrivals. For families we provide child seats on request — tell us the child's age and weight when you inquire. For oversized luggage, golf bags or skis we suggest the Mercedes V-Class.
There is no per-person charge and no luggage surcharge: the price is per vehicle.
