How we protect your privacy
Short rules we follow on every assignment — without exception.
- 01We never publish a guest's name, route or photos — not during and not after the assignment.
- 02Vehicles are unmarked, privacy-tinted and carry no agency branding.
- 03Chauffeurs and agents sign an NDA; guest details are shared strictly on a need-to-know basis.
- 04No phone recording inside the vehicle; team communication runs over a closed channel.
- 05The chauffeur knows the day's plan but never asks for or records meeting details or contact names.
- 06Booking data is purged from operational records after the agreed retention period.

- Armed protection — our teams operate unarmed
- Armoured (ballistic) vehicles
- Investigations, surveillance of individuals or counter-surveillance tech
- Police powers — detaining, searching or arresting anyone
- Venue, villa or event guarding (a separate partner service)
- Medical escort, valuables transport and legal representation
All protection services are delivered by licensed partners in line with Croatian private security regulations. The final scope, team size and duration are confirmed in writing before the assignment.
Legal notice
Terms of service & disclaimers
Short and clear — availability, licensing, liability and cancellation.
- Service availability
- The service runs only after written confirmation and depends on the availability of chauffeurs, agents and vehicles. Recommended notice is 72 hours; shorter notice is handled subject to availability. Publishing this service is not a binding offer.
- Licensing & partners
- Close protection work is performed by licensed partners under Croatian private security law. Our chauffeurs are unarmed and hold no police powers. Outside Croatia the service is delivered through licensed local partners and follows that country's regulations.
- Liability
- We are liable for the professional execution of the agreed service and carry valid passenger insurance. We are not liable for damage caused by force majeure, border closures, third-party accidents, flight or vessel delays, or for guest decisions taken against the security team's instructions. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific assignment, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
- No guarantee of outcome
- A security service reduces risk but cannot remove it entirely. We do not guarantee that every incident can be prevented, and we are not a substitute for the police or emergency services.
- Cancellation & changes
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before start; later cancellations or no-shows are charged as stated in the confirmed quote. Route and duration changes are possible with written confirmation and may affect the price.
- Confidentiality & data
- Guest data is processed solely to deliver the service, in line with GDPR and our Privacy Policy. An NDA is signed on request before the assignment.
- Governing law
- The contractual relationship is governed by Croatian law with jurisdiction in Dubrovnik, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
